We are now looking for a project manager who wants to contribute with their experience while growing in an environment where we build something great, both for our customers and for the future.About the roleYou will work according to established models (e.g., PPS) and drive projects from project planning to evaluation. You are responsible for the overall project – budget, time, technology, and safety – and lead a team with both internal resources and consultants. The assignment also includes occupational safety responsibility (BAS-P) and close dialogue with the technology and procurement organization. This includes:
· Establishing project plans and driving towards project goals according to time, cost, and quality
· Leading the work of preparing tender documents and procuring contractors
· Managing resources from technology and support at the customer site
· Having occupational safety responsibility (including BAS-P) and receiving delegation in occupational safety and electrical safety
· Managing risks, preparing decision-making materials, and ensuring quality reviews
· Reporting project status, follow-up, and progress in line with requirements
· Participating in business development and mentoring junior project managers as needed
Your profileTo succeed in this role, we see that you have:
· Relevant engineering education or equivalent documented experience
· At least 9 years of experience as a project manager in substation/station projects (at least 130 kV)
· Experience leading projects according to AB 04/ABT 06/AMA and experience in contractor procurement
· Good experience in managing occupational safety, environmental, safety, and quality issues
· Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
